Shipping & Delivery

At Crimson Leo Designs, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

Production Time: All our products are made to order. Once you place an order, our partners at Printful and Printify will begin the production process. This typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on the product type and availability.

Shipping Time: After production, your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Here’s a general guideline:

• Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3-5 business days
• International Shipping: 5-20 business days

Shipping Partners: We use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package's journey from our facility to your doorstep.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your selected shipping method. We aim to provide the most cost-effective options for our customers.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and related taxes may be applied by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to return or exchange an item.

Thank you for choosing Crimson Leo Designs. We’re committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
