Refund & Returns Policy (Crimson Leo Designs)

Crimson Leo Designs is a made-to-order apparel shop. Because each item is printed when you order, our refund and return policy is a little different than big-box retail. That said, if something shows up wrong, we will make it right.

Made-to-order items

All of our products are made to order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or preference-based issues.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you received the wrong item, we will gladly help.  Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix the issue as quickly as possible.  To help us resolve it fast, please include your order number, a clear photo of the item showing the issue, and a brief description of what’s wrong.  If the issue is confirmed, we will typically offer a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement isn’t possible, we may issue a refund.

Lost packages / delivery issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it still can’t be found, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot next steps.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations and changes

Because items go into production quickly, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.  If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
