At Crimson Leo Designs, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Non-returnable items: custom/personalized items, clearance items, digital products.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at crimsonleo@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos if damaged.
We respond within 2 business days.
3. Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace or refund and cover return shipping if needed.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
